When it comes to getting in touch and placing an order, we’re here to make it easy for you.

CUSTOMER CARE TEAM

Our Customer Care team is here to help you with your orders of The Making Of products. They can give advice on orders, stock availability, embroidery, printing and samples. They know their stuff, so can help you place your orders and resolve queries fast. If they don’t have an answer, they know someone who does.

How does your embroidery service work?

We’re experts in personalising workwear and deliver a fast embroidery service all year round.

If your design is already approved, place your order and receive it in 2 working days, or 5 working days if your order includes embroidery and printing.

How does your printing service work?

Using the very latest direct-to-film technology, we offer a fast printing service on a wide range of The Making Of garments. We can print initials, names, business logos, team badges and bespoke designs onto Performance and Reversible Coats, The Classic Tee, The Classic Polo, The Classic Sweatshirt and The Classic Hoodie.

If your design is already approved, receive it in 3 working days, or 5 working days if your order includes embroidery and printing.

It takes 5 days to set-up your design, once you've approved it. Minimum order quantity is 12 garments, with orders of between 6 and 11 garments attracting an additional small surcharge to the total order value. Please note garments and embroidery will be priced as per your normal price list.

Can I return my order?

Always get a Returns Number before sending items. You can get your Returns Number either by calling us or sending an email to theteam@themakingof.uk

SUSPECT FAULTS OR DEFECTS

Our UK Quality Team are eager to learn from your feedback and put right anything that's amiss. If you return items because you suspect manufacturing faults or other quality issues, we will conduct a thorough inspection to find out the cause. We're always happy to share our quality inspection findings if you would like to see them.

UNWANTED STOCK

If you want to return stock to us because you no longer need it, then you need to get approval from a member of our Customer Care team before sending it.

You'll need to send it to us in excellent condition so that we can sell it again. Restocking it properly takes a bit of effort, so we'll charge you a 20% fee before giving you a credit for the stock.

We know you'll understand that we can't credit you for returns of very old stock or any product variants we no longer sell. Nor can we credit you for returning anything which has been made to order, including embroidered items.
