Every year, we publicly share details about our social and environmental actions in our Impact Report. And sustainability is at the very heart of every decision we make.

We’re Planet Mark certified which helps us measure our carbon footprint, and a certified CarbonNeutral® business working to reduce it to zero.

We generate energy from our photovoltaic solar system, recycle 80% of our waste, and drive electric-hybrid cars. In recent years, we’ve reduced our carbon impact by 50%. Our Carbon Literacy programme is helping colleagues to reduce their footprints and save money, too.

But without our amazing colleagues and overseas suppliers, we couldn't offer the products you love. Whether it's fair pay, providing clean drinking water, combating period poverty or auditing our factories, we make sure those employed in our supply chain are safe and well-rewarded for the work they do.
